Beef Stroganoff

Fine tearing the filet of beef. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut slices.
In a pan heat clarified butter one tablespoon and the mushrooms and onions to Saute five minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the mustard.
. In a second Pan become hot let the remaining clarified butter and sauté the finely sliced beef fillet in five minutes. Then give the meat to the mushrooms and the onions. Again to taste and stir in the sour cream. Get ready!
To fit granular ice, Pearl barley or buckwheat.

In addition you can mix cut gherkins still in their Beef Stroganoff into thin strips. This variation tastes especially good
