Salsa Recipe

Albóndigas en salsa de tomate are meatballs in tomato sauce, served with white bread as tapas in Spain. Meat tomato with a sharp knife about cross easily carve into a bowl and via BREW with boiling water. If the skin can be easily removed, water drain, Peel tomatoes and remove seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Onion Peel and finely dice. In a saucepan heat 1 TBSP olive oil and onions FRY in it. Delete with possible dry sherry. Add diced tomatoes, bay leaf and broth. Season with pepper, salt and pressed through garlic. Covered for about 30 minutes on the middle tier tomato sauce simmer. Hack mix with egg and breadcrumbs. Season with pepper, salt, pressed through garlic and paprika powder. Finely chop the parsley and half of them mingle with the hack. With lightly moistened hands, form small meatballs. In a pan heat 1 TBSP olive oil and sauté the Meatballs in it. Meatballs in ready cooked tomato sauce and simmer about 10 minutes on low level. Albóndigas en salsa de tomate just before serving with the remaining smooth parsley and serve with bread.
