Pesto Recipe

One of the most popular cold mezze, which you can find in the salute Berlin daily, is hummus. Ingredients for 4 people:

1 can (about 500 g) cooked chickpeas
100ml water
50ml olive oil
2 EL Tahin
1 EL cumin (ground)
1 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP herbs of the province
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP lemon juice
Garlic (depending on requirements)
Sun-dried tomatoes or red Pesto (according to request)
